Jesus and some of the disciples in a field...

Spent the afternoon with friends and there was this picture in the house....anyone ever see this picture of Jesus before? It is a new thrill to me as I have seen so many Jesus pictures but not ever this one....does it have a title? Or a particular Scripture that goes with it? Please let me know.....
